Hello...
I recently updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 4.3 and everything was working great. One day I turned off my phone and turned it back on (something I've always done with all of my phones as a kind of reset) and now the battery drains incredibly fast. Before the update, at 100% and a eight hour span, I would only use an average of 75% remaining. 70-65% on those heavy usage days. Now, in an eight hour span, it would go from 100% to 20% or less. Even while on standby, it seems as if I lose 2% every 20 minutes.
I've closed apps on the multitask bar, my email and push notifications have always been set to manual, my location services and my wifi/bluetooth are usually off and even my screen brighness is turned down and nothing seems to help.
I hope you can.
Thanks

This appears to be a known issue. Myself, I usually wait to update to the latest (anything) for a few weeks to see if any problems shake out just for this reason.
