You would have a party with the guys from Comcast. One of them looked at my MacBook and asked how you click on stuff.
Funny, I’ve had good luck with Comcast being able to solve my problem right the first time for whatever reason I had to call them. Granted, they were charging me up the bung for what I was getting so I guess having a shite experience with Verizon is classic, “you get what you pay for”
